Mr. Soliwal brings more than 15-years of experience driving business progression and transformation with a strong background in Medicare Risk Adjustment. He has worked in management consulting, merger & acquisition integration, corporate strategy, managed care, operations management and business process reengineering. He has demonstrated success in leading transition, process and change management by providing strategic direction to executive leadership as new medical groups adopt value-based care. He previously worked as a VP of Strategy and Operations at Optum, where he led Market Development initiatives to transition medical groups from fee for service into value-based care by scaling processes. He has held roles in IPA development, provider engagement, incentive development, enterprise program management, large scale implementations and integrations, M&A Due Diligence, post-merger integration, performance improvement and business transformation consulting in health care organizations. Mr. Soliwal is experienced in leading go-to-market approaches by partnering with product, marketing, member engagement, operations, and customer experience to build value-proposition including product positioning while supporting sales and operations on new business growth as well as general business development and assessment of potential partnerships. He believes that a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on relationships at every level, is essential to transform the way healthcare is delivered. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
